Nina Koch

On this week's episode Sarah talks with her first momma over the phone, Nina from Brentwood, CA. She is the mom of 3, an entrepreneur, author and dance teacher. Nina and Sarah discuss the difficulty of losing a baby from a miscarriage, as well as infant loss. She shares how she was able to get through such a challenging time and find the strength to continue. Nina also walks us through her journey in business and what motivated her to write her first children's book.
