This week Sarah sits down with Emilie to talk about her experiences as a momma and step-mom. Emilie shares with us her traumatic birth experience, including multiple times she and the baby almost lost their lives. Emilie and Sarah talk all things motherhood and get into some very important topics, like the importance of mental health in new moms.
